Pozzolith 80 

Pozzolith 80 is a ready-to-use, liquid admixture for producing better, more uniform, quality concrete.  It reduces the quantity of mixing water required to produce concrete of a given consistency, with greater economy, for a given strength.  It meets and exceeds AS 1478 Type WRRe, requirements for admixtures.

Pozzolith 80 is recommended for use in concrete where normal or retarded setting characteristics and improved performance are desired.  It improves pumped concrete, shotcrete (wet mix) and conventionally placed concretes.  It also improves plain, reinforced, precast, prestressed, lightweight or standard weight concretes.  Pozzolith 80 is an excellent water reducer to use where low drying shrinkage concrete is desired.

Pozzolith 80 can be used with air-entraining agents approved under AS 1478 Specifications when air-entrained concrete is specified or desired.  While Pozzolith 80 entrains negligible air, it improves the efficiency of most air-entraining admixtures and will generally result in the need for less air-entraining admixture.

BASF Construction Chemicals approved air-entraining admixture Micro-Air is recommended for use with Pozzolith 80 admixture when air-entrained concrete is specified or desired.

When used in conjunction with another admixture each admixture must be dispensed separately into the mix.
