Rheobuild 3020 

Rheobuild 3020 contains a superplasticiser polymer designed for rheoplastic concrete with long workability times and early strengths in the range of ordinary superplasticisers.  A rheoplastic concrete is a fluid concrete with a slum p value of at least 200mm or even higher, easily flowing, but at the same time free from segregation, and having the same water/cement ratio as that of a no-slump concrete (25mm) without additive.

Rheobuild 3020 is suitable for all applications of concrete, shotcrete or mortar where very high flowability, final strengths and durability are needed:

• long maintenance workability
• casting in hot climates
• long distance transports
• wet shotecrete
• less bleeding than with other superplasticisers
