Rheofit 1103 (Rheomix 700FC) 

Rheofit 1103 ready to use admixture is a new generation plasticiser based on innovative polycarboxylate technology.  Rheofit 1103 admixture is specifically formulated for cost efficient production of manufactured concrete products such as concrete block, segmental retaining wall units, paving stones, dry-cast pipe and roofing tile.

When added to dry cast concrete mixes, cement dispersion is enhanced by Rheofit 1103 admixture.  The resulting increase in active surface area improves cement efficiency producing greater compressive and flexural strength.  The proprietary, friction-reducing polymers contained in Rheofit 1103 admixture, improves material flow, compaction and extrusion characteristics.  The effect helps to maximise the production rate at which dry cast concrete products can be fabricated.

Rheofit 1103 admixture produces little change to the appearance of non-admixture treated concrete products.
