MASTERPREN 2000 Primer 

MASTERPREN 2000 Primer is a low viscosity, black priming solution designed to deeply penetrate and seal porous surfaces to provide a base for bituminous waterproofing and protection systems.

MASTERPREN 2000 Primer is a blend of high quality bitumen and hydrocarbon solvents.

MASTERPREN 2000 Primer is used prior to the applicaiton of a wide range of BASF bituminous products.  MASTERPREN 2000 primer when applied to porous substrates, seals and improves the adhesion of waterproofing and protection systems, which include:

  • MASTERPREN torch-on and traditional build-up roofing felts
  • MASTERPREN self-adhesive damp-proof membranes and flashings
